Opened in historic downtown Annapolis in May 2006, Diva is a unique all-inclusive boutique offering up-to-the minute styles and cutting-edge designers for the fashion-conscious female. Diva is owned by Michele Deckman, an Annapolis resident for more than 25 years. Michele has family roots in Genoa, Italy and has applied her personal fashion sense and flair for design to diva’s sophisticated aesthetic and merchandise.
